Isaac holds an MBA from the Bradford School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree of Pharmacy from Makerere University. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom.

An experienced entrepreneur, Flavia also worked in the office cleaning service sector.
